Light, fluffy and not a dry crumb in sight! These gluten-free waffles are so delicious and easy to whip up for a breakfast or brunch.
You could even make them ahead of time and freeze them with a piece of parchment paper between each waffle. When you are ready to eat them you can pop them in the toaster and they will be ready to eat in no time.
One note about the egg whites in the recipe - don't skimp on the beating! Really make sure they are well beaten because they are what make the waffles have such a light and fluffy texture that you will love. Enjoy!
Gluten Free Waffles
Start heating your waffle iron, spray a little grease to prevent sticking.
Add all the dry ingredients together and set aside.
In a separate bowl whisk the egg white until they form peaks (about 2-3 minutes) and set aside.
Mix the wet ingredients (except the egg whites) with the dry ingredients and then fold in the egg-whites.
Now you are ready to make waffles! Enjoy!
