Gluten Free Pumpkin Dump Cake

If you are looking for a quick and easy dessert for fall, this Gluten Free Pumpkin Dump Cake is a perfect choice. It's soft, with some spice with that beautiful pumpkin color. This would be a great option to take to a family gathering or potluck because it can serve a crowd without much effort. 

The cake part of this recipe is a yellow cake mix that we have developed here are GF Naturals using our very own GF Naturals All Purpose Gluten Free FlourIt's a really simple mix that keeps you from having to buy one at the store!

All you need to make this yellow cake mix is:

1½ cup GF Naturals All Purpose Flour
1 t xanthan gum
1 cup granulated sugar
5 tablespoons nonfat dry milk
1 teaspoon baking powder (be sure to check that your brand is gluten-free)
½ teaspoon salt

You can also customize this to your taste by omitting the pecans and subbing in with walnuts, or removing the nuts completely. The cinnamon topping is good enough to stand on its own. If you want to change it further, you could add raisins to the mix and that would be delicious too!

Serve this with whipped cream (or coconut cream) on top and you'll have a happy crowd!
