Gluten Free Snack & Lunch Ideas

When it comes to school lunches, you may not be very impressed with the pre-packaged gluten-free snacks for your kiddos that you find at the store. Here are some ideas for you that may spark more ideas that may help you fuel your kids and yourself through the day.

A lot of these would make great after school snacks too that are gluten-free through that long stretch between lunch and dinner. You could even take these along with you for a long drive to make that trip just a little easier. 

The key to success with eating healthy gluten free snacks is to have them available quickly. Giving your child 2-3 options that they can pick from will also help the process. Of course they will still ask for potato chips or cookies, but be persistent with giving them those gluten-free options and usually they’d rather eat that than be hungry :)
